PostBid is a platform that lets users post project or service requests and receive bids from others. You may post, bid, and manage your activity in accordance with these terms and our policies.

3. Credits and Payments

Use of certain features (e.g. posting, bidding, promotions) consumes credits. Credits may be earned (e.g. daily grants, referrals) or purchased. Credits are consumed when used. We do not offer refunds for spent credits or for purchases once credits have been applied. Top-ups and subscriptions are subject to our payment provider’s terms.

4. Your Conduct

You must use the Service lawfully and not harass, spam, or misrepresent yourself or others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or outcomes of any posts or bids. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email.
